Terms of service for Trace, LLC. These cover the public site, not the operator agreement signed at customer onboarding.
Site use. This site is provided as-is for informational purposes. The pricing, capability descriptions, and time-to-value claims represent current product intent, not a binding offer.
Booking. The Cal.com booking flow is governed by Cal.com’s terms of service.
Customer agreement. The contractual relationship between Trace, LLC and a paying customer is established by a separate Customer Agreement signed at onboarding. That document governs scope, pricing, data handling, compliance, and termination terms.
Trademark. Trace, the θ civic mix seal, and the TRACE wordmark are properties of Trace, LLC. Brand name pending USPTO TESS clearance.
