The canonical package
Same package across both tiers. The price moves; the deliverable doesn’t. The lead in the pricing story is what you get on every engagement.
Managed agent.
We operate the agent on your behalf. You do not maintain prompts or eval scripts. You do not get a dashboard to configure. We tune the system; you book the work.
Three onboarding consulting sessions.
Session 1 (90 min): FSM connect, brand-voice notes, baseline metrics. Session 2 (60 min): test inbound flow, tune voice and escalation triggers. Session 3 (60 min): go-live, day-1 monitoring, first-week metric review.
Ongoing check-ins.
30-min Zoom (or in-person if local). Agenda: agent performance metrics review, capability tuning calls, what to add or drop, market-context updates. Charlie runs it. You can bring your office manager.
There is a version of AI for trades that costs $3-5k a month and locks you into a platform’s roadmap.
That is not what this is.
Two tiers.
No third tier on purpose. Three tiers create decision paralysis. Both come with the canonical package; the difference is pillar scope, check-in cadence, and shop size fit.
Numbers are educated guesses pending 5-10 owner conversations. The structure is locked; the dollar values may move once before launch.

What if I’m on QuickBooks instead of FieldPulse?
FSM-agnostic. We connect to FieldPulse, Jobber, or Housecall Pro for the FSM-native path. If you run on QuickBooks plus a spreadsheet, we run without an FSM in v1.
Can I cancel after the 90-day minimum?
Yes. Month-to-month after day 90. No auto-renew gotchas. If we’re not hitting target lift by day 60, that’s a conversation, not a contract problem.
What’s the upgrade path Starter → Managed?
Prorated mid-cycle. The Managed setup fee covers the additional capability-scope onboarding for Reactivate plus LSA campaign management in v2.
Why is there a setup fee?
Real onboarding work. Three sessions plus prep and follow-up covers ~6 hours of Charlie time at a $250-300/hr effective rate. Not a software-license dressing.
What happens if the agent over-escalates?
We tune escalation rules in the first 60 days. If it’s still wrong by day 60, we have a frank conversation about whether to keep going. You’re not locked in past the 90-day floor.
